Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using watchPaid, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. Access is personal to you. You must provide accurate information, keep your password private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

3. Service purpose

watchPaid provides a controlled feed of curated YouTube video-promotion campaigns. Campaign availability, selection, viewing requirements, and plan-based promotional rewards may change.

4. Video rewards and plan limits

A campaign completion may add the active plan's published per-video reward after the server confirms the required viewing time. Rewarded viewing stops when the applicable membership total or Ghana daily limit is reached. A reward is a promotional plan benefit, not wages, an investment return, or a guarantee of future income. Administrators may update plan prices, reward rates, limits, durations, and withdrawal rules for future activity.

5. Payments and plans

Deposits may use member-specific Kora API checkout in Ghana cedis. Each deposit must be verified against the exact Kora transaction before deposited value is recorded. A browser redirect, screenshot, or payment message does not by itself add account value.

Deposited funds are not withdrawable and do not count toward a withdrawal minimum. Paid plans activate from verified available wallet balance; screenshots, messages, and transfers outside the supported deposit flow do not activate a plan.

Only video earnings are eligible for withdrawal; deposited funds are separate and do not count toward the minimum. Existing withdrawal eligibility rules remain unchanged and are shown in the member wallet. An eligible request reserves the requested earnings during manual administrator review. Approval records authorization for a manual payout and does not by itself prove an external transfer has completed. Growth Vault funding is not available.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse watchPaid. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Sharing accounts or attempting to access another person’s account.
• Using automation, scripts, click farms, false traffic, or other methods to simulate viewing.
• Bypassing viewing timers, daily limits, account controls, or platform security.
• Interfering with the service or introducing harmful code.
• Using watchPaid in violation of law or third-party rights.

7. Third-party content and services

Campaign videos are hosted by YouTube and may be subject to YouTube’s terms and policies. Payments are processed by Kora under its applicable terms. watchPaid does not control all third-party content or services and does not endorse every statement made in a promoted video.

8. Intellectual property

watchPaid’s software, branding, layout, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Video rights remain with their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

9. Account restriction

We may suspend or end access when an account is ineligible, presents a security risk, violates these terms, or when needed to protect the service. You may stop using watchPaid and ask the team to close your account.

10. Availability and disclaimers

watchPaid is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the availability of any particular campaign, or that every third-party video will remain accessible. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, watchPaid and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as watchPaid changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
